A BreezePack is available to private home owners who require a Home Information Pack which belongs to them rather than their estate agent. Many Estate Agents are now offering “free HIPs” but many of these will require home owners to remain on a sole agency agreement or provide a new Home Information Pack if they want to market their property elsewhere.
We are also able to provide a premium service directly to Estate Agents who wish to offer Home Information Packs directly to their clients as part of their service to property owners.
BreezePacks remain the property of the seller or Estate Agent paying for the pack at all times and if you as a home owner order the pack directly from us you will be free to select an estate agent of your choice.
