Home Information Packs (HIPs) from £289 plus VAT
Since 14 December 2007, before a residential property in England and Wales is placed on the market for sale, a Home Information Pack (HIP) has had to be commissioned. HIPs will bring together key information about a property's energy efficiency together with; ownership details, terms of sale, planning consents, results of legal searches and leasehold information.
BreezePack is a service provided by Breeze & Wyles Solicitors LLP which puts together the entire contents of a HIP in a cost effective, efficient and timely manner.
Our panel of selected Domestic Energy Assessors (DEAs) are independent, fully qualified, certified and insured to issue Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs).
BreezePacks are currently delivered on a CD which includes copies of all of the documents required in Adobe PDF format. Printed copies of each BreezePack are also available for a small charge on request.
BreezePack has been developed to provide a service to independent Estate Agents and the fast growing number of sellers looking to sell their properties privately. Our prices start from £289 plus VAT and volume discounts are available to local Estate Agents wishing to provide packs as part of their service.
